Shipping policy

Once orders are placed, please allow 14-21 business days for the turnaround time. This does not includes weekends or holidays. It's possible that orders could be received before the turnaround time if we have the products on hand.

Once item is sent to UPS, FED-X and or USPS and tracking information is provided, this is now in the hands of the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen you will need to file a claim with the carrier.
